BasisPath is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support our multi-cloud initiatives, focusing on cloud environments, cloud migration, and the modernization of applications. You will play a critical role in integrating new programs, analyzing data trends, and enhancing applications using Agile development methodologies.

Job requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Participate in cloud-based DevOps projects, including cloud migration and modernization efforts.
- Integrate new and existing applications into DevOps pipelines.
- Monitor application volumes and traffic, analyze data trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute to Agile software development activities to support testing and enhancement of applications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure functionality aligns with project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- You must be able to commute to the area.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and related tools.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of source control/versioning (Git, Bitbucket, SVN, TFS).
- Familiarity with build tools (Gradle, Maven, Grunt) and development environments (Vagrant, Cloud9 IDE).
- Expertise in continuous integration tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCI).
- Skilled in configuration management tools (Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Chef).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, New Relic).
- Familiarity with container management tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in optimizing AWS technical performance and cost management.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker containerization strategies.
- Familiarity with cross-domain architectures at various security levels.
- Experience with automated testing, monitoring tools, and Engineering Review Boards.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
