Job description
BasisPath is seeking a Targeting Analyst to support mission-critical intelligence operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and assessing target systems to support both lethal and non-lethal engagements. Leveraging your expertise in all-source intelligence and targeting methodologies, you will produce actionable intelligence products that drive operational decision-making and strategic planning. As a targeting analyst, you will work closely with mission partners to identify high-value targets, assess threat networks, and provide critical input to combat assessments and operational effectiveness evaluations.

Job requirements
Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop target systems for operational planning.
Produce target nominations and maintain target databases (e.g., MIDB, JTT).
Conduct all-source analysis and battle damage assessments (BDA).
Perform Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and support Combat Assessment (CA).
Maintain and update target materials and lists (JTL, NSL, RTL).
Align targeting strategies with operational objectives and commander’s intent.
Collaborate with planning and intelligence teams; brief findings to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in targeting or all-source intelligence roles.
Knowledge of joint targeting processes and intelligence tools.
Experience with target nominations, BDA, and CDE.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting joint operations or IC missions.
Proficiency with systems like MIDB, JTT, or equivalent.
CDE certification or training a plus.
